1. Where the listings come from
We ran searches for “coworking space”, “office space for rent”, “virtual office” and “meeting room” on Google Maps around the centre of every one of 105 Hyderabad localities, plus a city-wide grid sweep, in October 2026. That returned several thousand results, which we then filtered:
- Paid ads, duplicates and permanently closed places were removed.
- IT parks, SEZ gates, hostels, study halls, cafés and companies tagged by mistake were removed by category and name rules, then checked by hand.
- Each space was assigned to the locality named in its address. If none was named, it went to the nearest locality centre within 6 km.
That left 418 workspaces. 358 have at least one Google review. Spaces with no reviews have a profile page but are not submitted to search engines until they are reviewed or claimed.
2. How spaces are ranked
The order on every page uses a review-weighted (Bayesian) score: (rating × reviews + 4.2 × 15) ÷ (reviews + 15). A space with very few reviews is pulled towards the city average of 4.2, so a 4.7 from 400 reviews ranks above a 5.0 from three. No space can pay to change its rank. Paid placements, when we sell them, are labelled “Featured”.
3. How price ranges are set
Operators rarely publish prices. Our ranges come from published rate cards, listings on operator websites and aggregator quotes, grouped into three area tiers: the premium IT corridor (HITEC City, Madhapur, Gachibowli, Financial District), central business areas, and value areas. They are typical monthly prices before 18% GST, not quotes, and were last reviewed in October 2026. A specific space may charge more or less.
4. Ratings, hours and contact details
Ratings, review counts, opening hours and phone numbers are as shown on each space's Google Business Profile at collection time. We do not edit or filter reviews. “24/7” means the profile lists the space as open 24 hours on every day.
5. Guides and editorial standards
Guides are written to answer one question clearly, cite official sources (GST portal, CBIC, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Telangana government) for anything regulatory, and are reviewed when rules or prices change. They are general information, not legal or tax advice.
6. Refresh schedule and corrections
Listing data is refreshed every quarter; content was last updated in November 2026. Operators can claim or correct a listing on our page for spaces, and anyone can report an error through contact. We fix confirmed errors within 7 days.
