This policy explains how Coworking Space Hyderabad ("we") handles personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Quote requests: name, mobile number, company name, team size, budget range, preferred area, when you need the space, the workspace types you selected, and the page you came from.
- Phone calls to our number: your caller ID, a recording, a transcript and an automated summary. You'll hear a notice at the start of each call.
- Usage data: anonymous click events (for example, which space's phone or website link was clicked) tied to a random session ID, not to your identity.
Why we use it
We use it to connect you with workspaces that match your request, which is the purpose you consent to when you submit the form or call us. We also use aggregated, anonymous statistics to improve the site and to report listing performance to workspace operators.
Who we share it with
We share your enquiry with no more than 3 workspaces that match your request, plus service providers that host our data (Supabase), deliver form emails (Formspree) and run our phone line (Vapi). We do not sell your data to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data and call recordings for up to 12 months, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent, ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or erase it at any time by emailing hello@coworkingspacehyderabad.com. We will act on requests within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
