Is GST charged on coworking in India?
Yes. Coworking memberships, private offices and virtual offices attract 18% GST. If your business is GST-registered, you can usually claim it back as input tax credit, which makes the effective cost the pre-GST price.
Do coworking spaces give discounts for teams?
Usually. Teams of 10 or more seats, and commitments of 6–12 months, often get 5–15% off the listed per-seat price. Larger managed offices are always negotiated.
