Most of Hyderabad’s coworking spaces are in the IT corridor: HITEC City, Madhapur, Gachibowli, Kondapur and the Financial District. But there are good, cheaper options in central and northern areas, and choosing a space near your team usually matters more than a prestige address.
The IT corridor
HITEC City, Madhapur, Gachibowli and Kondapur have the largest concentration of coworking spaces in the city, from international brands in Grade A towers to small independent centres. Expect the highest prices, the most choice and heavy peak-hour traffic. The Blue Line metro ends at Raidurg.
The Financial District and Nanakramguda host large campuses and premium managed offices, popular with bigger companies. Choice for small teams is more limited.
Central Hyderabad
Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills suit agencies, studios, consultants and client-facing businesses, with boutique spaces and branded centres along the main roads.
Begumpet, Ameerpet, Punjagutta and Somajiguda are central, well connected by metro (Ameerpet is the interchange of the Red and Blue Lines) and usually cheaper than the IT corridor. A good choice for teams spread across the city.
North-west
Kukatpally, KPHB, Miyapur and Hafeezpet have a growing number of affordable independent spaces close to large residential areas, ideal for people who would rather not commute to HITEC City every day.
Secunderabad and the east
Secunderabad, Uppal, Dilsukhnagar and LB Nagar have fewer spaces, mostly independent, often with the lowest prices in the city. Good for local businesses and freelancers living on that side of the city.
